At the end of the day, though, If you read and listen and interact in Japanese enough, most of it will come to you automatically - And looking up the other stuff isn't so bad.</description>

		<description>Agree with everything other than the Kanji part. I think training your visual memory really helps when it comes to kanji. But yes, it should be effortless. SRSing and/or rote repetition is a sure recipe for disaster. IMO the best way to get kanji readings into your head is play around with the names of your favourite 漫画 characters (for 漫画 like 魔法先生ネギま！ this really helps).</description>
